- Buttermilk Watershed Fence project is on the Santa Rosa Ranger District, Winnemucca, Nevada, Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The Solicitation for this project will be posted August 15, 2005. The Estimated price range is less than $25,000.00. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
