Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center, Mission Division, Fort Leavenworth, KS is seeking sources among GSA schedule contractors. The service requested is support to US Armys Center for Army Leadership (CAL). The contractor shall provide support by developing a field guide for leader development to be conducted in operational units. The effort will explore improvements to leader development in the operational force through the research and writing of an Army reference guide that supports a commander in planning and execution of a unit leader development program. Tasks include but are not limited to research and prepare a statement of requirements for a leaders guide and development of a Leaders Guide to Leader Development. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html.
