- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Stealth Network Communication., located at: 16900 Koll Center Parkway, Suite #413, Pleasant, CA 94566 for the acquisition of annual maintenance renewal for the following SMARTNET equipment and technical support 24X7X4 in the quantity of two each. (1) CON-SNTP-2651, (2) CON-SNTP-IDS4235, (3) CON-SNTP-WS-C4006, and (4) CON-SNTP-7507/4. The period of performance is September 30, 2005 through September 29, 2006. The proposed purchase order is for equipment/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Stealth Network Communication under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for Stealth Network Communication. The NAICS Code is 811213, ?Communication Equipment Repair and Maintenance? and the Size Standard is $6.0 million. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-fixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement. All respondents will be considered by this agency. All communication concerning this announcement must be in writing and received by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time, no later than 7 calendar days after the publication date of this notice to the contract specialist listed below. No solicitation is available. Closing date is August 30, 2005.
