- The Information Analysis and Infrastructure Protection (IAIP) Acquisition Division anticipates award of contract to the Nationale Association of Regulatory Commissioners (NARUC) on a sole source basis to identify emerging trends in State utilities regulations, regulatory policy and regulatory issues as it pertains to the protection of the Nation's critical energy, gas, telecommunications and water infrastructures. Services shall encompass the examination of all regulatory aspect of utilities to include cost of operations and recovery of prices set by regulatory commissions in each State within the US. The proposed acquisition will be for a one-year base period and a single one-year option period. This sources sought synopsis is not a Request For Proposals or Invitation For Bids.
