- SOLICITATION NO. HHM402-05-Q-0239 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the Electronic Posting System at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) intends to award a firm fixed price level of effort contract to provide a project management certification program for DIA employees who manage, or will manage, work projects in accordance with the attached Statement of Objectives. The requirement will be for one base year. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. For CCR information contact the CCR Registration Assistance Center (RAC), at 888-227-2423 or for CCR Registration visit the following website: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil. The Government will accept electronic offers in response to this solicitation.
