- SOLICITATION NO. HHM402-05-Q-0238 AND ALL AMENDMENTS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO CONTRACTORS. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted via the Electronic Posting System at: http://www.fbo.gov. The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) intends to award a firm fixed price level of effort contract for standardized and focused training on the US Military to all employees in accordance with the Statement of Work. This requirement is set aside 100% for Service Disabled, Veteran Owned, Small Business concerns. The requirement will be for one base year and four one year options. All contractors seeking award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. For CCR information contact the CCR Registration Assistance Center (RAC), at 888-227-2423 or for CCR Registration visit the following website: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil. The Government will accept electronic offers in response to this solicitation.
