- Single award term contract is for The term of this contract is for the period of October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 for ORNL, Oak Ridge, TN. These specifications cover the production of cut sheet forms, books and pamphlets, and a newsletter requiring such operations as electronic media, proofs, reproducibles, printing in a single ink color plus up to 3 additional colors and 4-color process, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 44 orders, 100 to 30,000 copiers per order, 2 to 500 pages/covers per order. Production time starts at 3 work days and up to 15 work days upon notification of availability of print order and material. RESTRICTION ON LOCATION OF PRODUCTION FACILITIES: All production facilities used in the manufacture of the product(s) ordered under this contract must be located within a 100-mile radius of Oak Ridge, TN.
