- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON SOLE SOURCE BASIS The Marine Corps Logistics Command, on behalf of the National Guard Bureau, intends to negotiate a non-competitive contract with Response International Group. The contract will provide weapons of mass destruction incident response training and capability expansion for a period of 5 years (base + 4 option years). The proposed NAICS for this acquisition is 611699. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
