- The Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Scion Associates, on other than full and open competitive basis a contract for 2 each SCION-3 Receiver ? channels 1, 2, 3: 150/400/1067 MHz, 2 each Fixed Antenna ? 150/400/1067 MHz patch on fixed mount, 2 each 150m Cable ? 150m low-loss RG-8 size cable, 2 each Set RF Connectors ? connectors for three-four channel system. Additional specifications in RFQ. Sole source based on unique requirements of Scion Associates. (Microsoft IE required). See note(s) 22. Vendors who feel that they can provide the above equipment shall fully identify their interest and submit their capabilities to meet the above requirements within 15 days after the publication of this synopsis. Responses received after 15 days or without the required information will be considered non-responsive to the synopsis and not be considered. Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered on DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database.
