- FISC Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia Division intends to solicit on a sole source bases with Strategic Insight, Ltd., of Arlington, VA to perform wholeness assessment services of FORCEnet, for the purpose of identifying funding gaps and programming misalignments in support of the Director, Assessment Division, in the office of the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Resources, Requirements, and Assessments. A level of effort purchase order is expected as a result of this acquisition effort, comprising approximately two man-months of effort. The NAICS code for this effort is 541330.
