- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either to access information posted by NSWC Crane. The Navy entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) on 2 March 2004 with Raytheon Company, Tucson, AZ. The scope of this effort is to procure various spare parts to support the maintenance and overhaul of Raytheon manufactured Paveway II and Paveway III programs, which includes the Mk 82-500 pound, Mk 83-1000 pound, and Mk 84-2000 pound Laser Guided Bombs (LGB) and Airfoil Groups (AFG). Upon issuance of orders against the BOA, the contractor will be required to fabricate and/or assemble the spare parts unless otherwise specified on an individual order. The period of the BOA is expected to be three years from the award date of 2 March 2004, with two one year options available. Periodic synopsis and review of the BOA will be performed at this activity. Individual orders will specify specific parts to be procured, as well as applicable delivery terms and conditions. The following parts are to be procured: Adapter Assembly, Forward (two variations); Cover Plate; Dome C! over; Fin, Guided Bomb (two variations); Fin Retaining Bolt Clip; Fin Retaining Bolt Spring; Nitrogen Plug, Manifold; Pin & Flag Collar; Pin & Flag Latch; Pin, Lock; Retainer Bolt Assy.; Screw, Fin Retaining; Setscrews; Test Connector Cover; and other similar parts.
