- This synopsis/solicitation is for a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for large quantities of electrical cables, joints and terminations. This solicitation is for similar quantities of material as solicitation W914NS-05-R-2054 (cancelled), but with changes to the evaluation factors and other terms and conditions. Offerors are advised to read the details of the solicitation carefully. Detailed submissions are expected as further defined in the solicitation. Because of security considerations, zipped files will not be accepted. Offerors must strictly adhere to all submission requirements contained in Section L of the solicitation. All Proposals must be received No Later Than 1700/5:00 PM local (Baghdad) time on 22 August 2005.
