- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) FA8604-05-R-0190. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20050726. This is a small business set-aside requirement IAW FAR 13.003(b)(1). This solicitation incorporates by reference the following provisions and clauses: FAR, 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and 52.232-33 and DFAR 252.211-7003 and 252.232- 7003. This purchase is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Nallatech, Inc. Supplies required are manufactured from only one source and no other type of supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Single Board Computer for PC/104+ 20GB 0004 1 ea DIMEtalk-Pro 0005 1 ea Extended Maintenance Extended maintenance is a 12 month extension to the standard 90 days of technical support service. Includes telephone support 9am to 5pm GMT, email response within 24 hours and access to support lounges to download the latest software, firmware, documentation and application notes.
