- Description
- Furnish all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to repair the spillway in accordance with the plans and these specifications at the Upper Sherando Dam. This project will provide protection for the toe of Sherando Dam by moving the spillway channel away from the dam and protecting the new channel with riprap. All work is to comply with local, Federal and State codes and is subject to Davis Bacon wage rates. The Technical Contact for this project is Mike Tripp at 540-265-5184. The requirement is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) seeking full and open competition. The requirement will be awarded as a fixed priced construction contract, a single award is anticipated. The solicitation documents will be available only electronically the Federal Business Opportunities (FB) website. The anticipated Bid Opening date is September 9, 2005. The estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
