- Description
- The Aspen Meadows Diversion Fish Passage Improvements project consists of reconstructing an existing diversion dam structure to restore fish passage. The existing wooden dam would be removed and replaced with a roughened channel that will allow passage for fish at all life stages during all flows. The existing head works, fish return pipe, and fish screen will be replaced when the point of diversion is moved 40 feet upstream. In stream work will occur between September 15 and October 30, 2005. It is anticipated that actual construction from start to finish is expected to be less than 2 weeks. For project information, contact Darren Cross at 509-996-4013. Quotations under this acquisition are solicited from emerging small business concerns only. Offers that are not from an emerging small business shall not be considered and shall be rejected. A written Request for Quotations will be issued for this project. An electronic copy of the solicitation, including specifications and drawings, will be posted to this website. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated award date is September 2, 2005.
