Description: Description: The Chugach National Forest requires modular office space located at the Kenai Lake Work Center located 24 miles north of Seward, Alaska. This project consists of furnishing all materials, supplies, equipment, labor, supervision and transportation to provide/erect 2400 square feet of finished modular office space in like new condition that will house up to 11 full time and 10 seasonable employees, connection to existing HDPE water line, connection to existing overhead electric supply and an underground wastewater treatment/septic system. This project will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13.500. Completion time for this project will be 120 days from date of contract award. Specifications will be available approximately 22 Jul 2005.
