- Description
- The Defense Distribution Center located in New Cumberland, PA has a requirement to upgrade the existing Audio/Video system in the Training Room of the Firehouse, Building 911. The work will be performed at the Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, PA. For a site visit contract Gary Brouse, 717-770-5014. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. A written solicitation will NOT be issued. This notice constitutes a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information herein. This notice constitutes the only solicitation document and the only request for quotes. The offeror must provide descriptive literature along with their offer describing the equipment. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The following clauses are incorporated for purposes of this notice and will be included in the contract award document by either reference or full text: FAR 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS; FAR 52.212-3; OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS; FAR 52.212-4, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS; FAR 52.212-5 CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS- COMMERCIAL ITEMS; DFARS 252.212-7001, CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT STATUTES OR EXECUTIVE ORDERS; AND DFARS 252.212-7000 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Evaluation for award shall be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS. Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this notice to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this notice will be most advantageous to the Government based on lowest price.
