- USAID plans to award a sole-source purchase order to Johns Hopkins University for recruitment services. USAID/Global Health has a need to recruit approximately 10 candidates for vacant Foreign Service Limited assignments. JHU/IIP?s National Secretariat, Health and Child Survival Fellows Program has the proven capabilities and the experience to advertise population, health and nutrition USAID/GH Foreign Service Limited positions, and screen qualified applicants for those positions. JHU/IIP will perform the following services: coordinate proper approvals for position descriptions, advertise the positions in free and pay electronic and print media, screen applicants for these positions and forward cover letters and curriculum vitae of qualified applicants to the USAID hiring manager for review. USAID intends to award a purchase order, not to exceed $25,000, by other than full and open competition in accordance with FAR6.300-1(a)(2)(ii), only one responsible source is known and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements.
