Description

SYNOPSIS: THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE FOR CERTIFIED HUB ZONE CONCERNS: The project work location is the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Florida. The project work consists of the construction of a lean-to-structure of approximately 1300 square feet. The new building shall include electrical utilities, drainage, and new foundations. The location of structure addition shall be adjacent to the existing main shop and the raft room at the wing maintenance hangar. The mew space will occupy the locker room, weapon cleaning station and pump shop facilities. Demolition and relocation of existing elevated platform facilities will be required. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance period is 120calendar days from notice to proceed. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238990. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $12 million. Bid guarantee, payment and performance bonds are required. Contractors will no longer be required to submit hard copies of their Reps & Certs with each proposal.
