- The U. S. Postal Service, Eastern Facilities Service Office, is advertising for real estate services. Should you be interested in providing these services, please follow the instructions below. Information regarding the Solicitation package may be obtained on line by sending an email to tami.andrews~usps.gov referencing the solicitation number and providing below-required information. In addition, solicitation packages may be requested in writing by sending Tami Andrews a completed form (below). This office will not accept telephone requests for solicitation packages. Projects will be in the following primary area(s): States of: Ohio, South Carolina, Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky, Virginia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, West Virginia, Washington DC Area, Indiana (470, 471,476,477). The geographical area for the resulting contracts may vary depending on submittals and qualifications. Project description: The United States Postal Service is seeking qualified firms to perform real estate services in the areas listed above. Work includes, but is not limited to: site identification, preparation of feasibility studies, market surveys, appraisals, lease evaluations, lease negotiations, property inspection reports, leasing of alternate quarters, leasing built-to-suit quarters, as well as other traditional real estate functions or actions as may be required to complete postal real estate projects. An indefinite quantity contract for a term of two years with three one-year renewal options will be awarded. Total work ordered under the subsequent contract shall not exceed $5,000,000 for total five (5) years of the contract. There is no guaranteed minimum award. Work will be ordered and paid through a ?work order? issued by this or other authorized offices. Solicitation Awards: The U.S. Postal Service reserves the right to make multiple awards and limit the contracts to specific areas as a result of this solicitation and to award similar work to other firms during the contract period. Offerors may submit proposals for any or all areas; however, at the discretion of the contracting officer each offeror may be awarded a contract in one or more areas as submitted by the offeror. Offers shall maintain a staffed office and such office shall be responsible and accountable for carrying out the work set forth in the contract and issued work orders.
