- SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Semandex, 201 Washington Road, Princeton, NJ 08540-0644, for Net- Centric Extensible Information Services (NEXIS) Portal proprietary software licenses and associated technical support services for the licenses. The proposed acquisition will require the contractor to integrate NetLink capabilities for distributed search in the MarineLink application to the SPAWAR Charleston NEXIS Web Portal allowing operators to data mine and link external data sources. A Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Performance Based type contract is anticipated. Award will be made for a one- year base period with 4 one-year option periods. The NAICS Code is 541551 with a size standard of $21 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
