- This procurement is for container and trailer inspection services on Oahu, HI. Inspection services shall be done in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The proposed procurement will be a Total Small Business Set-Aside per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6. The NAICS code is 488490, and the size standard is $6 Million. All eligible and responsible small business sources may submit an offer.
