- 17. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Division Contracting Department Washington Office, intends to award a firm fixed price contract, for the Naval District Washington, Washington DC 20374, for Winter Coats and Raincoats for NDW Security. It is intended to acquire 400 Coats; 200 Blauer Winter Coats (color Navy) and 200 Blauer Raincoats (color Black and Orange) in various sizes from a small to a 5 ExLarge. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this requirement is 8415. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5136, The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 315999. The solicitation will be available on the Navy?s NECO website, www.neco.mil on later than 12 Aug 2005. This is a 100% Small business Set-Aside. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Register prior to award. CCR web site can be located at http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil. This requirement will be procured using FAR 13.5, Test Program for certain commercial items.
