- Services Non-Personal: The Contractor shall provide all instruments, tools, equipment, transportation, parts, labor, materials, initial training and other incidentals necessary to provide cost per test/cost per reportable result, Access 2 Immunoassay Analyzer, in testing hormones, thyroid and infectious disease markers required to support the 72nd Medical Group Laboratory Services, Tinker AFB, OK, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance is 1-Basic Year and four 1-year options. Sole Source: Beckman Coulter Inc., Clinical Diagnostics Division. Destination: Tinker AFB, OK. The Request for Proposal (RFP), will be issued via fax. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 26 Aug 05 and approximate response date for bids 26 Sep 05. Contractor is required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. Contractors can obtain additional CCR registration information by calling 1-888-227-2423 or may register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. The Contractor is also required to be registered in ORCA prior to contract award. Registration can be completed at http://orca.bpn.gov. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 45 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
