Description

The United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois intends to solicit for the provision for Non-personal Dental Hygienist Services (North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code (621399) (Size Standard $6 million) located in Marion, Illinois. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns are encouraged to submit a quotation which may be considered. This solicitation should result in the offer of a contract award that will consist of 12 months. The schedule shall not exceed thirty (30) hours per week. Estimated usage quantities for service are 1560 one hour sessions, Monday through Friday (except Federal holidays), between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., with a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch period. The exact hours will be mutually agreed upon by the contractor and COTR after contract award. The solicitation will be made available on or about 8/26/05 and will be distributed solely through this website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information regarding this acquisition, including the solicitation and any amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is 9/26/05. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
