- Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) N00019-05-R-0071 has been modified for clarification purposes, please refer to the following website for the revised BAA: http://www.navair.navy.mil (choose “Doing Business” from the left side of the page; select “Open Solicitations”; select N00019-05-R-0071). The proposal due date has been changed to 07 July 2005 and data rights clauses have been added. All questions shall be submitted in writing by 15 June 2005 to denise.lamb@navy.mil. While the Government reserves the right not to answer some questions, questions that are received by 15 June and deemed answerable will be answered by 22 June 2005. No individual responses will be given - questions and answers will be posted at the above web site. All updates to the BAA will be posted to the above web site. It is highly recommended that interested offerors continually check the web site. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JUN-2005).
