- The Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting offers for a 12-32 channel console mixing board (sound system) for the 111th Army Band. The listing of components is extensive and will be provided in W912J6-05-T-0021 available on 17 Aug 05. Prospective c ontractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. Procurement is being made IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. To request a solicitation, email the POC providing your company name, address, phone number, POC and email address. Telephonic requests will not be accepted. This procurement utilizes the cascading set-aside preference for small business awards without consideration of large business offers received where two or more competitive offers are received from qualified small business c oncerns.
