- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Federal Correctional Institution in Safford, Arizona intends to make a single award to a qualified small business for the provision of one (1) Dental Assistant. Services will be performed on individuals who are under the custody and care of the Federal Bureau of Prisons within a secure correctional environment. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices. The contract terms shall consist of a base period from the date of award through twelve (12) months with two (2) subsequent twelve (12) month option periods for renewal if exercised. The estimated quantities for the base and each option year are 1560 one hour sessions. The number of hours per week shall not exceed thirty (30) hours. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 16, 2005, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date of receipt of quotes is on or about July 12, 2005. This solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business and all responsible offers will be considered. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
