- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-05-T-0910 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 09 Aug 2005. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DPAS Rating is DO-A4B. The North American Industrial Classification System codes are 336111 and the business size standard is NTE 5.0 million. This procurement constitutes Item 0001. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows. ITEM NO 0001 Qty: 4 each, 3-ton Stake Trucks, Right Hand Drive. Important: All vehicles shall be in compliance with the Government of Japan Safety Standards and all warranty service and repair parts must be available on the island of Okinawa, Japan. The Government may make single/multiple award(s) to the responsible offer(s) which is/are the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. The solicitation (Request for Quotation) will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed.
