- The following changes, additions, and deletions are hereby made a part of the solicitation. GENERAL INFORMATION: Item No. 1, Proposals - Contactors must submit a hard copy of their entire proposal to United States Postal Service Facilities before closing. Forms for technical evaluation, revised proposals, alternates, schedule of values, etc. can be faxed before 3:00 PM. Item No. 2, Job Trailer - The general contractor does not have to provide a job trailer for the USPS personnel. Item No. 3, Meeting Minutes - The minutes from the most recent project meeting are included with this addendum for your information. STRUCTURAL ITEMS: Item No. 1, Structural drawing S1.1 was not in the bid set of drawings but is included in this addendum. ARCHITECTURAL ITEMS: Item No 1., Notations in Specifications - All notations in the margins of any specifications should be ignored. The main text is correct. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: Plumbing & Electrical Fixture Schedules - The plumbing fixture schedule on drawing P0.1 is correct. Please disregard the fixture schedule in the plumbing specifications. The lighting fixture schedule on drawing E0.1 is correct. Please disregard the fixture schedule in the electrical specifications.
