Description
United States Government Seeks Sources for lease of Warehouse and Related Space In Prince George?s County, Maryland REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration is seeking to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 70,000 rentable square feet. Approximately 2,500 square feet of this space is to be constructed as office space. TENANT: The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). LOCATION: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area : Prince George?s County, Maryland from the District of Columbia line within the boundaries North on Route 1 to Route 193 to Lanham Severn Road going Southwest to Carter Avenue to Annapolis Road going East to Martin Luther King ,Jr. Highway to the DC line. LEASE TERM: The proposed rental term shall be five (5) years firm with one- five (5) year option to renew. OCCUPANCY: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2007. The government reserves the right to accept the space at an earlier date, if the space is determined to be substantially complete. Owners, brokers or agents may offer space for consideration. Any properties submitted by brokers or agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized by the ownership to exclusively represent the building offered. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name, address, and age. 2. Available square footage (ANSI/BOMA Office, rentable and usable). 3. Schedule for completion and occupancy date. 4. Rental rate information quotation per ANSI/BOMA office rentable square feet. 5. Scaled floor plans (as-built) identifying offered space. 6.
