- The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) intends to exercise Option Year II under Purchase Order Number OTSDC04E00047 for the period October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 for expert services in the regulation of banking organizations and financial services holding companies operating in global markets. Pursuant to FAR 6.302, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Kathleen S. O'Brien, 1679 Kingsbridge CT, Annapolis, MD 21401 for the continuation of services that include, but are not limited to forging strong internal and external relationships, enhancing relationships with international regulatory authorities, sharing information and coordinating actions and initiatives, and traveling internationally to attend meetings. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, Responsible firms may submit a written response to this notice. The Government will consider all proposals received by 2:00 P.M., August 12, 2005. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals must be submitted to Office of Thrift Supervision, Attn: Isabel Roman-Cogswell, 1700 G Street, N.W., Washington, DC, 20552, or emailed to isabel.romancogswell@ots.treas.gov. A separate solicitation is not available. Oral proposals will not be accepted. Response to this synopsis are due in the Procurement Office by 2:00 P.M. EST August 12, 2005 at Office of Thrift Supervision, Attn: Isabel Roman-Cogswell, 1700 G Street, N.W., Washington, DC, 20552.
