Solicitation N00164-05-T-0287 will be issued on a brand name only basis to Agilent Technologies, Inc., 9780 S. Meridian Blvd, Englewood, CO 80112-5910. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (c), it has been determined Government?s requirement for the supplies can only be met by one manufacturer?s product. No other product is capable of satisfying agency requirements. Agilent Technologies, Inc is the only manufacturer whose products will satisfy the requirements and interface with existing equipment. Multiple awards will not be made. RFP will be available for download at http://www.crane.navy.mil/supply/synopcom.htm on or about 19 Aug 2005. Closing date will be on or about 23 August 2005.
