- Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons Division, at Point Mugu, California, has a requirement to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis the following services and supplies from Boeing Corporation: Analysis and evaluation services of the BQM-34S Harpoon Seeker and MGU Integration, specifically: 1. Harpoon Seeker configurations and capabilities; 2. Harpoon Seeker/MGU configurations and compatibilities; 3. The effect of the Seeker modifications on Seeker and MGU performance/capability; 10 each, Harpoon Jumper Plug Assemblies, P/N 72A965075-2001, -2003, and -2005. Services and products are to be procured from Boeing Corporation, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO, based on proprietary information required to complete this effort. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however all responsible sources may request a copy of the RFQ and responses will be considered by the agency.
