- SUBJECT: Part-time physician services for Ensley Engineer Yard, Memphis, TN. A formal solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about 18 August 2005. The acquisition will be small business set-aside. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work required under this request is for the Contractor to provide a part-time physician to conduct medical surveillance physicals at the Ensley Engineer Yard located at 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, TN, 38109. This purchase is for a base year plus four (4) option years. The information for this solicitation will be available on the Memphis District Contracting Divisions Internet Home Page at: http://www.mvm.usace.army.mil/contracting/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp for downloading o n or about 18 August 2005. Any future amendments to this solicitation will also be available on the web site for downloading. Response to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 19 September 2005 no later than 11:00 AM local time at 167 N. Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103.
