- Contrator shall deliver to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers all personnel, tools, hardware,equipment, cranes, bucket trucks or modifications necessary to to complete work consisting of a total of nine pole mounted transformers which contain some PCB, to be replaced. Cross arm replacement of one pole is required. 3 transfomers will be provided and remaining 6 will be provided by the contractor. The solicitation will be provided in hard copy form. Electronic medium for the solicitation will not be all owed. All requests for a solicitation should be addressed to USACE, John H. Kerr Reservoir, 1930 Mays Chapel Road, Boydton, VA 23917 and/or faxed to 434-738-6541, ATTN: Rose Sullivan. Be sure to annotate the solicitation number when submitting a request , along with a point of contact, telephone/fax number.
