- Contractor shall deliver to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, one 28 horsepower tractor and trailer with attachments. Attachments consist of one 6' rear blade, one post hole digger with 12 inch Auger, one rotary cutter/bush hog, pallet forks, 5' dis c/plow with notched teeth and 5' harrow/landscape rake.
