- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny, Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Intends to solicit, negotiate, and award on a sole-source basis to Derse, Inc. for the development, delivery, and on site support of a display is required in support of outreach efforts at the 3-5 October 2005 meeting of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), Washington Convention Center, Washington DC. The display must feature component organizations of the Munitions Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC), be sized for an estimated space of 20 ft. x 40 ft., and incorporate graphic and video content. The development, delivery, and support includes concept development and execution, fabrication and delivery, and on-site support before, during, and following the conclusion of the meeting.
