- Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement to replace an existing air handler, to include demolition of existing air-handler, extension of existing platform, installation of new air handler, and electrical controls and test in accordance with the schedule of work and drawing titled Mechanical Replace Existing Air Handler Bldg 32-520. It is recommended that prospective contractors attend the site visit which will be scheduled in the solicitation. Numbered Note 27 applies to this acquisition.
