- The US Army Contracting Agency, Directoate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground MD intends to negotiate solely with Battelle Columbus Operations Laboratory, 505 King Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201 under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemente d by FAR 6.302-1. This requirement provides health risk assessments to the US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine(USACHPPM)to determine the composition and extent of Dioxin/Furan, OC Pest/PCB chemical contamination, if any,of water,soi l,sludge and ambient air sites at military installations located in specific states as well as overseas. This is a sole source procurement. This contract will be awarded with base year and four options years. The Government intends to solicit and negotia te with Battelle Columbus Operation Laboratory. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 541380 and the size standard is $10M. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit propos als no later than Aug 11, 2005.
