- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotations are being requested not later than 16 August 2005, at 3:30PM. Solicitation number F3AT4D5186A100 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-05. The solicitation is issued 100% small business set aside. The associated NAICS code is 334310 with a size standard of number of employees 750. The resulting purchase order shall be firm-fixed-price. The contractor will provide the following: 4-each Rear Projection Smart Board 3000I with XGA Projector, RPSB3000I-DV, Integrated, High-Resolution 1024X768 XGA projector with sound system and precise touch control; 2500 lumens; interactive whiteboard for professional classroom presentations & interaction. 1-each Display desktop image from computer to interactive surface; touch screen with pen tool enables application control and electronic note-taking; record synchronized audio & data files; transform handwriting to text; write over moving or still video. A-SI Avtive-Matrix LCD Display, Sympodium ID250 Interactive Pen Display, SSID250 The following clauses and provisions are hereby incorporated either by reference or full text and are to remain in full force and effect in any resultant purchase order: FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.219-6, FAR 52.222-3, FAR 52.222-19, FAR 52.222-26, FAR 52.222-35, FAR 52.222-36, FAR 52.222-37, FAR 52.232-33, DFARS 252.225-7000, DFARS 252.225-7001, and DFARS 252.225-7002, 252.232-7003. Registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is mandatory in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. All potential offerors must obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in the CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered at the time of award.
