- Alcohol / Substance Abuse Services for the eligible Urban Indian Population residing in the State of California. This contract will be for one eleven month period (BASE PERIOD) with one eleven month option period (1st OPTION PERIOD) and one twelve month option year (2nd OPTION PERIOD). This acquisition is RESTRICTED to Native Directions, Inc., 13505 Union Road, Manteca CA 95336, in accordance with Title V of Public Law 93-437, Indian Health Care Improvement Act. NO REQUEST made for a REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) will be accepted.
