Description: The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking quoters for a Firm-fixed Non-Personal, purchase order to provide Radiology Medical Imaging Services at the Lower Brule PHS-IHS Center in Lower Brule, South Dakota. Period of performance will be October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. Contractor is to perform according to the statement of work. This is a Small Business Set-Aside. Request for the RFQ package shall be in writing either by email or telefax and it will be made available approximately fifteen (15) days AFTER the date of this publication which will be August 23, 2005. The closing date of this RFQ package is September 12, 2005.
