Description

THIS PROJECT WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PRINTING AND VIEWING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of Base Bid Items and an Option 1 Bid Items. The Base Item is at the Council Building and includes but it not limited to: Removal of existing wall finishes in basement that contain mold, removal of existing floor tile in basement that contains asbestos, removal of existing wall framing in basement, new floor column supports, place earth fill in basement to create a crawl space, and install new HVAC system. The Option 1 Bid Items are the McCall Building and includes but is not limited to: Installation of interior building perimeter drain including saw cutting existing concrete floor, excavation, drain piping, drain rock, geotextile fabric, placement of new concrete flooring, sump, sump pump, and controls, and construction of a new exterior vestibule/basement entrance. Krassel Fire Office Alteration project is located at 500 North Mission Street in McCall, Idaho in T.18N., R.3E., Section 9, Boise Meridian. The Council Visitor Center Alteration is located at the Council Visitor Center at 500 East Whitely Avenue in Council, Idaho in T.16 N., R.1W., Section 14, Boise Meridian. NAICS: 236220. Size Standard: $28.5 Million. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start date is October 1, 2005 with completion by July 15, 2006. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
