- This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Electronic Based Support For The Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology SBIR/STTR Programs (Solicitation Number NNG05113038L) which was posted on July 21, 2005. You are notified that the following changes are made: (1) The title is corrected to read: "Electronic Based Support for the Small Business Innovation Research and Small Business Technology (SBIR/STTR) Transfer Programs." (2) An electronic procurement Library, which contains the Statement of Work, has been established for this procurement and can be found at http://ehbs.org/procurement-library . (3) The due date for submitting contractual and technical questions is extended to August 12, 2005. (4) The due date for prospective offerors to notify this office of their intent to submit an offer is extended to August 12, 2005. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
