- The Bureau of Reclamation, Central California Area Office intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm-fixed price to service four (4) floating restrooms at New Melones Lake. Access to the restrooms is by boat only. Boat, labor, tools, materials, and equipment shall be provided by and operated by contractor or his hired operator. Contractor shall furnish all supplies and supervision necessary to clean and service floating restrooms as scheduled, and at locations shown on a map. The Contractor shall control all their operations during the performance of the work so as to insure that the completed work meets all of the requirements of the specifications. Responsible for removing and disposing of all trash collected from trashcans and surrounding deck area. The Government shall supply the trashcans, standard trash bags, and provide placement and/or movement of trashcans The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561720. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be posted to http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 23, 2005. The estimated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 23, 2005. Prospective contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
