- The U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Natick Acquisition Center under the authority of FAR 6. 302-1: Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements intends to negotiate and awar d without competition a Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS) contract to Heifetz, Halle Consulting Group, L.L.C. (HHCG) for management support services to the Future Force Warrior Technology Program Office (FFW TPO). This contracting action allows the FFW TPO to continue team building and partnering with the FFW Lead Technology Integrator, Eagle Enterprise and its subcontractors. HHCG designed and conducted a partnering/team building session to support the FFW Synchronization Phase I and Phas e II. The Synchronization Phase consisted of organizing, staffing, training and aligning the Government and Eagle Enterprise teams to allow them to function in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment. HHCG supported and facilitated this process by: conducting one-on-one interviews with key personnel from both the Government and Industry; analyzing the interview data and designing a partnering meeting; conducting a partnering off-site meeting with approximately 35 individuals; providing follow-up sup port to sustain the teaming momentum and partnership. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Any information received before 16 August 2005 will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement .
