- This modification is to add the SCOPE OF WORK: Furnishing Ice, potable, fragmented, packaged 7 lb plastic bags, .003 mils thickness and 32 each ice storage machines. Machines will be placed two (2) each at 16 different S-4 buildings at Camp Shelby at no charge. Upon arrival at Camp Shelby, contractor will go to Camp Shelby TISA. CW4 Harold R. (Robert) Hall, whereby a TISA employee, will accompany the ice delivery to each of the sixteen locations. TISA employee will verify the quantity of ice plac ed at each location. Delivery orders will be placed EVERY TWO WEEKS for the total ice delivered. Payment can be made by the Payments card in accounting if accepted by the vendor. Estimated quantity per day, per ice storage machine, will be 285 7 lb ba gs or a total of 1,995 lbs per machine. Some trial and error will occur initially until a pattern of bags delivered becomes consistence with the needs. Contractor is responsible for any repairs required on the ice storage machines. As fall and winter mo nths occur, demand for ice deliveries should decrease accordingly.
