- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order to ICOM America Inc., Bellevue, WA for Tactical Handheld Radios (F43GS 86 Bundle - Green). This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a request for proposals or quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source of offerors are availa ble and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this Notice is solely with th e discretion of the Government.
