- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4861-05-Q-B113 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12 and 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. THIS SOLICITATION is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) for this acquisition is 5561 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 414210. $500 employees based on the size standard in millions dollars for Small Business. Award will be made on or about 24 August 2005. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to perform all operations in connection with providing a towable Salem travel trailer manufactured by Forest River, Model T37BHSS or equal to include the following standard equipment: Air conditioning 13,000 BRU, awning, cable w/DDS cable line; cabinet doors under dinette (Hyd slide) cabinets in slide-out (na electric slide), central ducted A/C, enclosed FW deck, large 6? DD refer, extra large 8? refer (F30CKSS3S), microwave, outside shower, power jack FW, sofa with pillows, solid oak doors, spare tire and carrier, TV antenna, tinted glass (FW?s safety glass), tub surround. NO CARPET IN TRAILER. Options to include: C004-Air condition 15,000 BTU, upgrade, C99-4 bunks in front; C99-4 bunks in rear bedroom, delete queen, C2102 counter top extension, C2068 create a breeze, C1047 diamond plate on front, C075 double insulation (roof/floor), C1258 insulated and enclosed tanks, C038 phone hook up, C513 extra large 8? DD refer (Std F30Class), C126 roof rack and ladder, C311 RV 2003 cassette w/CD, C620 sink lids, C506 skylite dome bathroom, C815 sofa hide-a-bed, C012 stabilizer jacks (4), C310 stove cover, C415 TV Flip table bedroom, C1320 water filter system and C056 water heater 6 gal DSI. Prices quoted shall be FOB Destination. Offeror must include with their quotations a completed copy of provisions 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (Attachment 1). This combined synopsis/solicitation (along with the attachment) will be posted on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System (EPS) sire, http://eps.gov. Amendment will be posted on the affected solicitation page EPS site. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendment (if any). The following provisions and clauses can be viewed through Internet access at Air Force FAR site, http://farsite. hill.af.mil. The provisions at 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference apply to this solicitation and 52.252-6 Authorized Deviation in Clauses. The provisions at 252-7000 Buy American Act Balance of Payments Program Certificate, 252-7004 Required Central Contractor Registration and 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. For solicitations issued after 1 June 1998 all **contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR)**. If not already registered, you should immediately register with CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. Contractors are required to have a Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) in order to be registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration prior to award may make an offeror ineligible for award.
